Artist Gallery: Dave Carrigan
Local Artist Dave Carrigan is known for his acrylic paintings featuring Native Americans, fantasy and wildlife. Carrigan is inspired by a wide variety of arists such as English Romantic painter John Martin and American artist N.C. Wyeth. His artwork is closely related to his inspiration, Frank Frazetta. Frazetta is an American fantasy and science fiction artist who is greatly known for his comic book artwork and paperback covers. Carrigan promotes his artwork at shows and events across Michigan. Over Memoiral Day weekend, he will be displaying his art in Marshal. In June, Carrigan will enter two pieces of artwork to be featured at Riverwalk Theatre.
